Report the incident using the Hazard and Incident Reporting Online (HIRO) system.

See your treating doctor for:

• treatment, and a

• WorkCover Medical Certificate

  Unlike a standard medical certificate, a WorkCover Medical Certificate indicates that the injury or illness is work-related and outlines any restrictions and treatment recommended by the doctor.

  Forward a copy of the WorkCover Medical Certificate to Safety & Wellbeing.
