Walking groups
As part of the UTS wellbeing program, we have commenced lunchtime walks. These local walks commence at the Jones Street entrance to Building 10 at 12:30pm each Tuesday, take approximately 30 minutes, will vary in their routes weekly and will be led at a comfortable pace by a member of the dynamic UTS Safety & Wellbeing team. All you'll need are comfortable shoes, a bottle of water and suitable weather protection if necessary. If you'd like to come along or would like some more information just contact Tina McDonald.
At UTS we recognise that people are often most fulfilled when they are able to balance their work, home and leisure activities. UTS has a number of services that staff can access to help them achieve a sense of wellbeing in their lives.
Information in this section is mainly for UTS staff. UTS: Student services provides lots of wellbeing information for UTS students.
