    They provide a free service for families in New South Wales on their website child care and family information.

  • NSW Health - My Health Record

    My Health Record is a folder where you can keep information about you or your child's health in one place. It holds information about a patient's medical condition and treatment recommended by doctors and other health care providers. In this way it is easy for all involved to keep track of the treatment that has been given. The record is voluntary, held in your ownership and can only be accessed with your permission.
