Public liability insurances

If a student, visitor or contractor injures themselves or damages their property while on UTS premises, they may be entitled to make a claim for UTS public liability insurance.

Students undertaking voluntary work experience or going on site visits are covered by UTS work experience and site visits insurances.

Students and visitors to UTS are not entitled to lodge a claim for workers compensation.
